Oat Straw is an excellent defense against osteoporosis in 2 ways. Firstly, it triggers a luteinizing hormone to stimulate cell growth & build bone strength. Secondly, it is rich in 100% natural calcium. Not all calcium is born equal: non-synthetic calcium in Oatstraw in its pure, natural form is most easily absorbed by the body to build bone strength
Nettle Leaf is rich in calcium & discourages bone loss. It is high in non-synthetic Vitamin D to enable formation of calcitriol that regulates bone growth. It facilitates absorption of calcium from the intestines to naturally raise body calcium & eliminates uric acid from joints to reduce joint pain.
Horsetail is rich in silica, which improves the formation, density and consistency of bone tissue. It enhances collagen synthesis and improves the absorption and use of calcium. I got this from the pop up store at Junction 8. I told the guy I had bad joint pain due to gout and he got me to try this. Within 20 min of drinking the pain in my fingers slowly went away. The effect was like how a painkiller slowly works on you only that painkillers don’t work at all for me and leave me with bad gastric. I continue drinking, and I realise my gout flare ups are much less frequent. Very good, I won’t stop drinking this

I have been drinking oat straw tea for a good number of years and I can say for sure it increases bone density. Each year when the free health check takes place at my office, my bone density goes up (even though my age also goes up!) I switch to this blend because it also has nettle which I read is a great multivitamin. Love the taste
