This blend really put me to sleep! I have been suffering from insomnia for the longest time and nothing else has worked. I made a cup after dinner and left it to steep while I busied with other things for about an hour? I drank it while it was quite cool and I definitely started to feel more relaxed and amazingly wanted to go to bed. I will be ordering this again for sure!
