This blend really relaxes my body and mind enough to help my sleeping problems. I have been having sleep problems on and off for the longest time. I made a cup after dinner and left it to steep while I busied with other things for about an hour? I drank it while it was quite cool and started to feel more relaxed. Very happy with my purchase! At first I thought it most probably won’t work for me since the name was so bold and given it is not too expensive I got one to just try. To my surprise I slept so well.
