Ruby –
Stevia leaf is an interesting sugar substitute. When making iced teas this is great. I find it works best with stronger tasting teas like lemongrass or black teas as stevia in this form does have an aftertaste, which will be masked by stronger tasting teas.

Make a “sugar syrup” by steeping a big pinch in some hot water. Slowly add to your teas or coffee to sweeten it, enjoying along the way! Great for having guests around who don’t take sugar.

My regular purchase to add to chinese dessert (tong shui). Just add hot water to some leaves and steep for 5 min to make “sugar water” to be added to your final dessert product just before eating. Everyone can add to their taste
Trevor –
No doubt stevia leaf is completely unprocessed in this form, but you need to place it in a strainer otherwise the leaves will float around. If you find that too troublesome, go for the monkfruit powder
Alex –
Totally love this to sweeten my teas.

Have never seen this stevia leaf of good quality being sold anywhere else. This is great! Place a few leaves together with your looseleaf tea in the same strainer and brew your tea like you usually do. So perfect with my Earl Grey tea!
