I initially bought this for my cough, which my colleague recommended to get as it soothes the throat very well. Ended up it helped with my ongoing gastric issues too!
Mary Ann –
No taste but at least not bitter or sour. Maybe just a very slight sweetness if you pay attention.
Cara –
Intrigued that this was the herb used to make marshmallows in the past, so bought out of curiosity to try. Just a very mild taste so if drinking its really for the health benefits. I find it soothing and relaxing, and seems to help digest food better.
