Sweetly scented, tea made from these unique, organic violet-red roses display a vivid blue color, before turning into champagne pink, indicating a high level of anthocyanins: powerful antioxidants prized for improving eye health. Cultivated using a vanishing traditional agricultural method in Southern Taiwan, the leaves of weeds are used as ground cover & natural compost, whilst roots regrow, preserving a 100% natural ecosystem. This method allows farmers zero use of chemical fertilizers & pesticides for the past 10 years, in turn creating a pristine, unpolluted terroir. The resulting harvests of roses are so pure that they retain a high efficacy in regulating irregular menstruation, stomach pains, emotional stress & depression. These roses regulate the flow of qi, improve blood circulation, kidney functions & support ear health. To brew, add 5 – 6 petals to 100ml of hot water. Petals are edible.
Taste profile: Sweet lychee-like rose with hints of rose apple and red dates.
How to Brew
