Why nobody review? Everyone fell asleep? Hahaha just kidding… this is a very effective for my insomnia, tried various things so far this works the best. I won’t say I KO immediately but I could feel myself getting more and more sleepy (instead of my usual more and more awake) lol

Not sure if its a placebo effect but worked for my dad. He’s been bad tempered with sleep problems so I added this with my other usual purchases. After a while he told me his eyes were closing, am I seriously thought he was joking. But he actually fell asleep, and he said he slept quite well. Glad I came across this sleep capsules.
