Is an expectorant and relieves the symptoms of bronchitis and mucous buildup of the upper respiratory tract. It relieves symptoms of sore throat, reduces cough and relieves mild bronchial irritation
Holy Basil
Is an expectorant and helps to relieve chest complaints, such as mucous buildup (catarrhs), coughs and bronchitis. It decreases symptoms of the common cold

I fine this convenient as it is in teabags. There is no caffeine so I can drink it anytime, it works well for my dry throat, and helps with my dry itchy cough. I have a sensitive throat the past few years so prefer natural remedies.
