Dried Porcini

Instructions: Steep dried mushrooms in warm water until mushrooms are soft (2-3min). Strain the mushrooms and wash thoroughly. Simply pan-fry in oil until crispy or add to stews, soups or stir-fry. Soaking liquid can be added to soup.
