Annie Low –
5/5 for this top quality tea. The tea artisans did an amazing job keeping the oxidation low while maintaining its mix of vibrant shades of green, its wonderful how much care has gone into making this tea! Tried steeping for 2 min with boiling water which brought out its fresh green notes. Then steeped longer for 4 min which brought out a richer buttery finish. I recommend you experiment with different steeping times and water temperature to brew the cup that is the perfect one for you.

This tea is uplifting and vibrant. The flavor is light and refreshing with a sweetness at the end that lingers. Each cup feels like a little adventure, with the flavor akin to a bouquet of flowers leading to a bright buttery finish. Thanks for carrying in this wonderful quality tea.

I am very impressed with Green Heart Oolong tea. The tea is rich and smooth, just like teas from the Taiwan mountains. The leaves are tightly rolled, showing the skill of the tea maker, and they open up into thick and juicy leaves, a stunning visual. It is very aromatic, with the flavor of sweet fruit coming in right from the start, then ending with light floral butter notes. Definitely a keepr.

When I steeped the tea, it transformed like magic. The pearls uncurled into stunning shades of green, and the aroma of honey and fruit was released.
It has a light, refreshing quality that just makes you feel good. The sweetness is there but very natural and not overpowering at all, making you want to take another sip. I loved how it started off with that honey-like flavor and then ended with notes of florals.

I brewed this tea in the office and the aroma honey and fruit that filled the room was incredible. It has this light, airy quality that feels refreshing and uplifting. The sweetness is subtle but definitely present, lingering nicely on the palate after each sip. I really enjoyed how the flavors evolved as I sipped—starting off with that honey-like sweetness and then transitioning into a delicate, floral bouquet. It’s like taking a stroll through a garden in spring!
