Grown outdoors in the vast, cool plains of Northeast China, our Black Fungus mature slowly during the autumn months, resulting in lower yields but exceptional quality. To preserve their superior texture and nutritional value, the fungus is harvested while still young and tender.

Rich in antioxidants that help reduce free radicals, Black Fungus also support normal blood cholesterol levels, contribute to healthy blood clotting, strengthen immune function, and help relieve inflammation.

Characteristically ear-shaped, thick, firm, and crisp, Autumn Black Fungus Buds offer a mild flavor but an exceptionally satisfying mouthfeel. Remarkably heat-resistant, they stay crunchy even after prolonged cooking, making them ideal for stir-fries, soups, braised dishes, and cold appetizers.

Instructions: Steep mushroom in water until soft. Strain the mushrooms. Simply stir-fry in oil with vegetables or add to stews or soups.
