I have been drinking raspberry leaf tea that helps PMS cramps, but just so much convenient in capsules. Its really difficult to find pure leaf in capsules which is as natural as possible, so this is a great find!

Better than panadol for cramps! panadol takes me 45 min but this takes around half the time. Recommended by my colleague and I never expected a leaf to be more powerful than panadol, this is an eye opener for me.
