I recently switched up to this matcha. The flavor is super smooth and it’s vibrant and fresh, with a nice earthy taste that really gives you that authentic Japanese matcha vibe. I’ve been using it for lattes, and it blends well with a mini electric whisk, I can tell it’s high quality because the color is the correct green that looks way better than some of the other matchas I’ve tried. If you’re a matcha fan, this one’s definitely worth checking out. It gives you that perfect balance of flavor and energy without any crash

This Shizuoka Matcha is pretty fantastic for its price point. The flavor is rich and smooth with just the right amount of umami, no harsh bitterness at all. I’ve been using it for both drinking straight and in smoothies and have been enjoying it! The powder is fine and it has a nice green hue. It’s also got a fresh, grassy aroma which makes me feel it is super authentic. Definitely one of the better matchas I’ve tried—if you like matcha you’ll love this one!
