Shizuoka Matcha contains levels of antioxidants higher than that of spinach & blueberries. They protect cells against free radicals damage & strengthen the immune system. Matcha contains epigallocatechin gallate, or ECG, a catechin known for its strong cancer-fighting properties and makes up 60 percent of the catechins found in matcha. 

Place 2 teaspoons into a mug and pour 220ml of hot water or milk & enjoy. If preferred, add honey or brown sugar to taste.
