Harvest

🌿 Jasmine blossoms are picked at dusk in summer, when their aroma is most concentrated, and blended with the tea leaves overnight.
Processing:
🌿 The green tea is steamed and dried to retain its vegetal sweetness.
🌿 It is then layered with fresh jasmine blossoms multiple times, allowing the leaves to naturally absorb the fragrance.
🌿 The blossoms are removed, but the scent remains—creating a beautifully perfumed and balanced tea.
Brewing Guide
🌿 Water temperature: 175–180°F (80–82°C)
🌿 Steep time: 2–3 minutes
🌿 Tea quantity: 1 -2 teaspoon (2 – 3 g) per 220ml water
🌿 Cold Brew: Steep 1–1.5 tablespoons of loose jasmine green tea (or 3 – 4 teabags) in 1 liter of cold water in the fridge for 6–8 hours, then strain (if using looseleaf) and serve.
For hot infusion, avoid over-steeping to maintain the soft floral balance. Enjoy up to 2–3 infusions.
